NestMatchUSA (nestmatchusa.com) is a home-search website run by Donald Maycott, a licensed real estate sales associate with eXp Realty, LLC. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this site.

What this site collects

This site has no accounts and no advertising trackers. We do not sell personal information.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

The “Get matched” form

If you fill out the form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number (optional), whether you want to buy, sell, or invest, the area, price range, timeline, and any message. We also record whether you checked the call/text consent box, the time you submitted, and your IP address, as a record of that consent.

We store this in our customer management system (Zoho CRM, operated by The Maycott Group LLC) and use it to match you with a licensed real estate agent. We share your details only with the agent we match you with, so they can help you.

If you agreed to calls or texts, you can withdraw that at any time by replying STOP to a text or by emailing us. Agreeing is never required to get help; we can work with you by email.

When you email or call us

If you contact us at info@nestmatchusa.com or by phone, we use what you send only to answer you and help with your home search. When you ask us to connect you with an agent, we share your name, contact details, and search needs with a licensed agent in that market so they can help you.

To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email info@nestmatchusa.com.

Listing searches on exprealty.com

The listing search buttons open pages on exprealty.com, which eXp Realty runs. Anything you enter there, including account sign-ups and saved searches, is covered by eXp Realty's own privacy policy, not this one.
